COVID-19 Policies

We want you to feel safe during the pandemic and are offering several options for your tax preparation needs. 

Our first preference is face to face contact and an appointment will be required.  Appointments can be made by calling the office at (614) 445-0610.

The second option is to drop off your return and pick it up at a later date.  Information should be placed in an envelope or folder with a phone number and email address. 

Coming soon, you will be able to send your return in through our secure website portal. Documents may be sent through the portal, and when you return is finished you may either pick it up or we will return it to you through the portal. 

Lastly, we will continue to accept walk ins but only if there are no scheduled appointments at that time.  Please feel free to stop by and we will try our best to accommodate you.
